Facebook does not have a native way to downland it’s videos. Unfortunately You have to rely on 3rd party services for that. I found this Firefox add-on called “Facebook Video” which allows you to download Facebook videos as MP4 format in just one click.

From the Facebook video page your viewing, copy the video ID from the Browser address bar.

Put this code on your website, be sure to replace the ‘xxxxx’ with the above ID you copied.
