New York city ‘Ground Zero’ mosque approved!

Despite protests, the building of an Islamic cultural center in New York city can now go ahead after a unanimous vote to clear the way for the Islamic site.

The proposed centre has become the focus of debate because it would be built near the site of the September 11th attacks.
